Udhyoga is a part of Paripoorna group of companies. It aims at providing better employment opportunities for bottom of the pyramid segment.

There is huge demand for skilled based workers but this segment is not aware of it because it does not have access to formal employment opportunities. Neither do they have access to internet, newspapers or other formal media which connects them to such opportunities.

Traditionally, information and introductions to job opportunities occurred through their social networks, which often acted as the only information dissemination vehicle for jobs. The differences in opportunities among this segment are thus quite drastic, often depending on access and knowledge of higher-paying jobs

We serve as a bridge by collecting the applicants using our existing group network. We also try to collect the reference documents such as ration card, voter id, license etc. We connect them to the employees who are in need at market rate salary.

As of January 2010 we have 10,000 applicant database 7000 of which is for blue collared jobs like maids, security, driver, agriculture labour, plumber, electrician and 3000 of which is for low end white collared jobs like clerks, accountants, data entry operators etc.
